They pioneered an avant-garde concept of pairing cocktails and mocktails with parfaits, deviating from traditional food pairings, and embraced a pop-up business model. This approach led to the keywords "experimental" and "laboratory-like." To reflect this, we combined two distinct typefaces, applying italics exclusively to the letters “y,” “o,” “r,” and “u,” resulting in a typography that embodies experimentation. Additionally, we utilized a strong flash photography technique to mirror Yoruyoru's ethos of trial-and-error. The visual identity of Yoruyoru was meticulously crafted to encapsulate its innovative concept, positioning the brand as a pioneering force in the dessert world.
